Evolution and development of COMPA IT

COMPA IT was established at the beginning of the year 2001. Despite being a young company, COMPA IT has an important past and a rich experience in the information technology.

1974 - Founded on April the 1st

1983 - The first Felix C-1024 mainframe is installed

1985 - Development of data terminal network

1986 - Two I-102F (PDP11- compatible) where added to the system

1991 - The old data processing system is substituted by a Local Area Network

1992 - Migration to X-BASE technology

1997 - Reorganization of Information Department

1998 - The developing of EXOD - an Enterprise Resource Planning system, commenced

2000 - Integration of CAD and Automation departments into COMPA IT

2001 - COMPA IT becomes a Ltd. company
